熔融还原炉氧煤喷枪枪体温度场的数学模型

摘要 通过建立熔融还原炉氧煤喷枪枪体温度场二维模型,对枪体的温度分布及其影响因素进行了分析。分析结果表明,沿枪体轴向方向,前端温度梯度很大,末端温度梯度明显减小;沿枪体横向方向,枪体温度从外层向内层逐渐降低;提高燃烧温度使枪体温度显著升高;在计算条件下,环缝中粉气比对枪体温度影响很小;煤粉流量及氧气流量对枪体温度分布的影响与有效氧碳比有关。 Through establishing a 2dimension model for the temperature field of the oxygencoal lance in reduction smelter, the temperature distribution of the lance and its affecting factors are analyzed. The results of analysis show: Along axial direction, the temperature gradient of the front of the lance is very big and that far from the front decreases remarkably; along cross direction, the temperature decreases gradually from the outer layer to the inner layer; increasing combustion temperature increases the temperature of the lance substantially; under the calculation condition, powder to gas ratio between the tubes has a little effect on the temperature distribution of the lance; the influences of pulverized coal flow and oxygen flow on the temperature distribution of the lance are correlative with the oxygen to carbon effective ratio.
