摘要
观测了Fe57Mo合金在10~50kPa的高压硫蒸气中的高温硫化动力学和产物层结构。发现硫压对Fe57Mo的影响程度比对Fe50Mo大,其硫化速度随硫压的增加而加快。该现象与Fe20Mo等低钼合金的表现完全相反。Fe57Mo的硫化产物层最终也发展成了Fe1.3Mo6S8/MoS2/FeS三层结构,与Fe40Mo和Fe50Mo相同。本文探讨了硫化产物层发展与硫压等因素的关系。
The sulphidation kinetics and sulphur scales of Fe57Mo under sulphur pressure of 10~50 kPa were investigated. It is revealed that sulphur pressure has greater influence on Fe57Mo than on Fe50Mo. Noticeably, the sulphidation rate of Fe57Mo rises with the increase of sulphur pressure, opposite to Fe20Mo and Fe40Mo. No change in the scale structure of Fe57Mo was observed compared to Fe50Mo under the same sulphur pressure whose sulphide eventually forms the structure of Fe1.3Mo6S8/MoS2/FeS. The relation of the development of sulphide scale structure and sulphur pressure is discussed.
