关于提升集装箱铁路运输合同管理水平的思考

Thoughts on Increasing Contract Management Level of Container Railway Transportation

介绍集装箱铁路运输企业合同管理的现状,并对目前合同管理存在的主要问题进行分析,从合同管理制度、合同审查联签、合同授权管理、合同的跟踪监督4个方面对提升集装箱铁路运输合同管理水平提出了建议。

This paper introduces the status of contract management of container railway transport enterprise,analyzes the key problems in contract management,and provides suggestions on increasing contract management level of the enterprises from four aspects,which are contract management system,contract review and joint signing,contract authorized management,as well as contract trailing and supervision.
