摘要
控制器是航天飞行器的控制中枢,必须确保其高可靠性设计。冗余设计是提高飞行控制系统安全性与任务可靠性的一种重要手段。比较了双机和三机热冗余的优缺点,给出了控制器的冗余设计结构、设计思想、实现方法、可靠性分析等。系统测试结果表明:整机性能稳定、可靠,达到了系统的可靠度设计要求。
As the control center of aerocraft, it is necessary to ensure the high reliability of controller design. Redundancy design is an effective way to improve the system security and mission reliability of the flight control systems. The comparison on the dual-hot redundancy with the triple-hot redundancy is performed. And then, the redundancy design structure, design idea, implementation method, reliability analysis and so on are proposed. The simulations show that the performance of instrument is stable and reliable, which meet the design requirement of system reliability.
