急性冠脉综合征患者外周血循环内皮祖细胞数量和功能的变化 被引量:1

摘要 内皮祖细胞(EPCs)是一类可增殖并分化为血管内皮细胞的前体细胞,参与血管新生和内皮损伤后的修复过程。冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称冠心病)的病理生理基础在于内皮损伤和功能障碍,提示EPCs在冠心病的发生和发展中可能扮演重要角色。本研究观察了急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者外周血循环EPCs数量和黏附、增殖、分泌白细胞介素IL-8和基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)功能的变化,现将结果报道如下。
