Improved Synthesis of Poly(pphenylene sulfide)resin with High Molecular Weight

摘要 以硫化氢、氢氧化钠和对二氯苯为原料,磷酸钠作助剂,在六甲基磷酰三胺中进行常压缩聚反应,所得产物经分析测试表明为线型结晶性高分子量聚苯硫醚树脂原粉。产率91.4%~97.5%,成本低,易于大规模生产。产品直接作抽丝试验得到了高分子量聚苯硫醚纤维。 Using hydrogen sulfide(H2S) and sodium hydroxide(NaOH) and pdichlorobenzene (pDCB) as raw materials, sodium phosphate(Na3PO4) as an assistant, the crystal linear poly(pphenylene sulfide)resin with high molecular weight(HMWPPS) was synthesised during 4h ̄6h under normal pressure in hexamethylphosphoryltriamide(HPTA). The product was used to do the melt spun test directly and the fiber of the HMWPPS was obtained. This method has following obvious advantages: the equipment is simple,operation is easy, reaction system has a higher activity, solvent is stable, yield is high, cost is low and it is easy to put into largescale production.
