试论构建和谐社会视角下党的执政能力建设

On the Construction of the Party's Governing Capacity from the Perspective of Building a Harmonious Society

执政能力建设是中国共产党执政后的一项根本建设,它关系到党的生死存亡和国家的长治久安。在建设社会主义和谐社会的环境下加强党的建设主要在于三个方面:一是要提高党构建和谐社会主义社会的能力;二是加强党的先进性建设;三是加强党的党风廉政建设。这三方面的建设直接影响新世纪党的执政能力建设。

The construction of governing capacity has been a fundamental task of the CPC since it was in power. The governing capacity is vital to the very existence of the Party and the long-term stability of the country. The strengthning of the construction of the Party under the circumstance of the socialist harmonious society lies in three aspects：the improvment of the ability to build a socialist harmonious society,the strengthening of the constrution of the Party＇s progressiveness, and the strenthening of the construction of the Party＇s style and a clean government. The Construction has a direct iufluence on the construction of the Party＇s governing capacity in the new eentuary.
