摘要
加强独立学院辅导员队伍建设是加强学生思想政治教育的战略举措。从分析独立学院辅导员队伍现状入手,提出了辅导员队伍建设的对策与措施,以期对进一步规范独立学院内部管理,提高教育质量提供参考。
Strengthening the construction of instructor team is a strategic move for strengthening college students＇ ideological and political education. Starting from the analysis of the present situation of the instuctor team in independent college, this paper puts forward suggestions for the construction of instructor team so as to regulate the management and improve the quality of education.
