浅析重庆高校应用型人才培养的必要性及措施

A Study of the Necessity and Measures for the Training of Professional Personnel in Chongqing Higher Learning Institutions

重庆是一个典型的城乡二元结构地区,其发展关键在于加快培养和引进多层次、高素质的实用型人才.从重庆高校应用型人才培养现状上看,还远不能满足其需求,进而从重庆市经济发展、社会发展、高校发展和大学生就业四个方面分析了应用型人才培养的必要性,提出了校准人才培养目标定位、强化办学特色、加强实践教学、建立毕业生就业预警机制等措施,力图克服国际金融危机的不利影响,解决大学生就业难题,为重庆高校发展找到新的空间,为重庆经济社会发展解决人才资源问题.

Chongqing is a typical region of urban-rural dual structure. The key to its development lies in the training and introduction of multi-level and high standard professional personnel. This paper analyzed the necessity of professional personnel training in Chongqing＇s regional economic development, social development, higher institutions development and employment of university graduates. It proposed measures of defining personnel training objectives, highlighting characteristic of training, emphasizing practice in training, and setting up alarm system of graduates employment. The measures are to overcome the adverse influence of the global financial crisis and solve the problem of employment of graduates so that space of development for Chongqing higher institutions can be located and human resource problem can be eased in the socioeconomic development of Chongqing.
