基于单片机控制的智能电动小车设计

摘要 该系统以单片机STC89C51作为控制核心,利用角度传感器SCA60C和反射式光电传感器检测电动车的状态信号,通过模数转换器将角度传感器采集的电压信号转换成数字量送给单片机处理,并运用增量式PI算法实现电动车自动在跷跷板上的行驶、停车及寻找跷跷板平衡点,且使跷跷板保持平衡状态在5 s以上,整个过程以分阶段实时显示电动车行驶过程所用时间. Taken SCM STC89C51 as the core of the control, this system uses the angular transducer SCA60C and the reflective photoelectric sensor to detect the status signal of the motor-driven carrier. Then the digital quantity of the voltage signal gathered by the angular transducer and transformed by the analogto-digital converter is conveyed to SCM The incremental PI arithmetic is used to make the motor-driven carrier run, stop on the teeter-totter automatic and find the balance point of the teeter-totter, and keep the teeter-totter to equilibrium state over 5 seconds. In the whole process, the time when the motor-driven is running display by staged way.
