摘要
从加强教师职业能力的培养、教学反思与行动研究相结合等方面来探讨课程改革中师资队伍的建设方法,以发展性教师评价的方式来构建新的教师评价体系,评价课程改革中师资队伍建设成效。
Construction methods of teaching staff have been discussed from several aspects of strengthen teachers' vocational ability, combine teaching reflection with action research. The developed teacher evaluation could be used to the new teacher evaluation system and assessed construction effect of teaching staff in curriculum reform.
