受技术壁垒的狙击,宁波外贸出口受限商品越来越多。受发达国家新发布实施的标准、法规和平等程序等决策动向的影响,宁波外贸企业出口的不确定性变得越来越大。对此,需要由政府制定应对方案,企业提高竞争能力,共同采取积极有效的措施,以打破这类技术性壁垒的限制。

After China＇s entry into the WTO and with the development of international trade, the traditional tariff barriers and quotas are gradually replaced by technical barriers. Blocked by technical barriers, more and more merchandises are prohibited from exporting. Influenced by the decisive policies implemented abroad such as newly promulgated standards, rules, regulations, and conformity assessment procedures, a large number of Ningbo export enterprises are facing more and more challenges of uncertainty on export activity, and the risks caused by TBT are going up continuously. In this regard, the governments and enterprises shall study and take positive and effective measures to break such restrictions of the technical barriers.
