摘要
分析了轧制参数对高速钢轨产品精度的影响,运用主成分和优势区间控制算法对轧制表中的可控参数进行挖掘;以VC++6.0为开发平台,通过数据采集、VC++6.0与Matlab6.5接口技术及数据库访问技术,开发了基于数据挖掘的钢轨轧制参数优化系统.结果表明,系统对提高钢轨最终形状尺寸的精度和减少废钢产品率有很大意义.
The effect of parameters to production precision in high - speed rail rolling is analyzed,and utilizing the principal component analysis(PCA) and optimizerange algorithms mining data for controllable parameters from roiling schedule ; taking Microsoft VC++6.0 as the development platform, through the data collection technology and the interface technology of Microsoft VC++6.0, Matlab6.5 and database access technology, developed a parameter optimization system of rail rolling based on data mining. As the result proves:it has great sense to improve the rail specification precision and decrease the scrap quantities.
