摘要
以对心直动滚子从动件盘形凸轮机构设计为例,介绍了在Pro/E环境下盘形凸轮的参数化设计及凸轮机构的运动仿真.并利用Pro/E的Mechanism模块对其进行运动学分析,得到可视化的运动进程图形.通过运动仿真验证了凸轮机构设计的准确性,为在Pro/E中实现凸轮的无图加工及运动、动力分析提供了必备的实体模型.
This article take to the heart translation roller from the moving parts disk cam organization design as an example, introduced in Pro/E under the environment the disk cam parametrization design and the cam gear movement simulation. And carries on the kinematic analysis using the Pro/E Mechanism module to it,obtains the visualization movement advancement graph. Has confirmed the cam gear design accuracy through the movement simulation. For realized the cam non -chart processing and the movement,the mechanical analysis in Pro/E has provided the necessary full - scale mockup.
