How Technology Start-ups of College Students Improve the Employment

大学毕业生就业难已成为一个社会性难题,就业的压力迫使大学生自主创业成为越来越重要的就业方式。通过分析大学生科技创业的特点,以及现阶段推动大学生科技创业的成功做法,结合太原市实际,提出发挥创业服务机构的作用,创建太原市大学生创业基地、营造扶持大学生创业就业的政策环境等建议。

The unemployment of college graduates has become a difficult social problem. The big pressure of em- ployment has made university students turned to start their own business. Through analyzing the features of tech- nology start-ups of students and successful practices of promoting college students to start their own business. Combining with the actual practice of Taiyuan, we proposed a tentative plan of using technology start-up to im- prove the employment of college students. By using the function of business incubation organization, we aimed to build College students incubation center in Taiyuan as to create a good policy environment for start-ups of col- lege students.
