美国征收碳关税对中国的影响及应对措施

Influence and Corresponding Countermeasures on Imposing China’s Carbon Tariffs by the United States

在国际金融危机的背景下,美国通过了对包括中国在内的不实施碳减排限额国家的进口产品征收碳关税的法案。在探究美国此举动机的基础上,分析了美国施行这一措施对国际贸易关系、美国本国工业产业以及中国等国家出口商的影响,进而针对这一措施提出相应的对策和建议。

During the international financial crisis, the United States passed the law of imposing import products＇ carbon tariffs of countries （China included）which did not implement reducing carbon emissions. Based on the study of motivation, the author analyzed the influence of a series of actions on international trade relations, industrial in- dustry of U.S., and exporters in China and other countries.Also the author put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on this action.
