摘要
针对目前新型电能表在电能计量自动化方面存在的没有突破"独立式"、没有实现真正意义上的"网络化"、难以实现"多功能"等不足之处,提出设计开发具有精度高、免校验、负荷控制方便等特点的集中式智能IC卡网络电能表控制系统。
In this paper, the current energy meter at a variety of new energy metering automation represents a ma- jor step forward, but after analysis of a variety of new energy meter energy meter to draw these deficiencies still exist department, one of which is they do not break the ＂stand-alone＂; the other is the true meaning can not be on the ＂network＂; also difficult to achieve ＂multi-functional.＂ Thus, the author proposed the design of the develop- ment of a centralized network of intelligent energy meter IC card control system, in order to resolve existing prob- lems. The system had some features such as high precision, free checking, convenience of load control.
