论原生宗教约束力与行政约束力的契合——以黔东南苗族社区为例

The Similarity in the Disciplinary Power of Religion and Administration——A Case Study on the Miao Community of Southwestern Gui zhou

苗族的行政约束力经历了若干次变迁,但以原生宗教为基础的"鼓社"、"议榔"、"理老"三大支柱仍支撑着苗族社区。苗族原生宗教中存在着许多传统道德精华,认真挖掘,对促进社会主义精神文明建设大有益处,因此,正确运用好原生宗教约束力对苗族社区的行政管理将不无裨益。

Despite the changes in Miao＇s administrations, the ＂Gu she＂,＂Yi long ＂and ＂Lilao＂ has remained the three pillars to this community. There are many ethical essence in this original religion of this community. Given due effort and study, they would greatly benefit the socialism spiritual construction. Making good use of religion can facilitate the administration of Miao community.
