摘要 教师幸福感是衡量教师心理状态与生活质量的重要因素。提高青年教师幸福感是当前高校全面贯彻科学发展观、提高高等教育质量的新课题,也将关系到高等教育的未来发展。目前影响高校青年教师幸福感最主要的因素包括:自我定位、社会导向和人格因素。高校青年教师幸福感的产生来自于物质生活的不断满足、精神文化生活上的收获和享受、获得教学成功时得到的成就感和个人荣誉、社会认同等。提高高校青年教师幸福感应多管齐下,可通过引导激励青年教师成才、建立跟踪培养机制、倡导爱生乐教的风尚等途径来实现。 Teachers' sense of happiness is a measure of the psychological state of teachers and of an important factor in the quality of life. To raise the career sense of happiness of young teachers' is a new project that higher education completely implements scientific outlook on development and improves the education quality, also it concerns the future development of higher education. Currently affecting the sense of happiness include the self-positioning, social factors and personality-oriented. The happiness sense derives from continuous satisfaction with both material and spiritual life, from teaching successfully, winning personal honors, gaining social recognition and so on. To enhance the sense, there are different measures, which include motivating the youth to succeed, establishing training mechanism and publicizing practices of loving teaching.
