高职文秘校内服务性实训基地的建设与实践——以宁波城市职业技术学院“校园秘书”服务公司为例

An Exploration on the Establishment and Practice of the Higher Vocational Secretarial Service-Oriented Training Base——A Case Study of the "Campus Secretary" Company in Ningbo City College of Vocational Technology

实训基地是高等职业教育中对学生实施职业技能训练和职业素质培养的必备条件,也是高等职业教育办出特色、提高质量的基础性建设。宁波城市职业技术学院文秘专业开设了"校园秘书"实训基地,通过从基地的定位、设立、创建模式等方面进行了分析与实践,并从系统性、真实性、开放性等方面对高职文秘校内服务性实训基地的建设做出了思考。

Training Base is not only a prerequisites for the higher vocational education to train students＇ professional skills and vocational quality, but also a foundation for the colleges to improve their characteristics and education quality. Ningbo City College of Vocational Technology has built a ＂Campus Secretary＂ training base for the secretarial majors. This paper analyzes the positioning, building as well as setting-up models of the base and putting them into practice. From the angle of systematic nature, authenticity, openness, this paper also makes some discussions on the construction of the secretarial service-oriented training base in the higher vocational colleges.
