摘要
以SbCl3为原料经醇化水解制得Sb2O3前体氧化物,通过与SiO2复配,浸渍一定量的(NH4)2SO4后制备了一种新型固体超强酸催化剂SO4 2-/Sb2O3/SiO2。以催化合成乙酸苄酯为探针反应,考察了不同制备条件对催化剂性能的影响,结果表明:用1.0mol/L的(NH4)2SO4浸渍按一定比例复配的氧化物,经110℃干燥后,于450℃焙烧2h得催化剂。用Hammett指示剂法、TG/DTA、IR等手段对催化剂进行表征。
Produce Sb2O with SbCl3 through alcoholization and hydrolysis, remix Sb2O3 with SiO2 , then impregnate a certain amount of(NH4 ) 2 S O4. at last, a new kind of solid superacid catalyst SO4^2- / Sb2O3 / SiO2 is got. The influences of different produceing conditions on the catalyst's properties are tested by a probe reaction, catalyzed synthesis of Benzyl acetate. The result indicates: impregnate the oxide remixed according to a certain proportion in (NH4)2 SO4 of 1.0mol/L, dry it at 110℃, then roast it two hours at 450℃, then catalystis got. Its activity is good, and the catallyst characterized by means of Hammett, TG/DTA, IR and soon.
