摘要
本文提出了一种新颖的跨导放大器结构,利用有源负载的正反馈作用提高跨导和开环电压增益。采用推挽输出结构提高输出电压范围,获得高的压摆率。采用标准0.6μm CMOS工艺,经HSPICE仿真验证,所设计的OTA电路具有较高的稳定性。
In this paper, a novel Enhanced Transconductance OTA circuit with the positive feedback is proposed. A Class AB output stage is implanted to improve the output swing and slew rate. Based on the standard 0.6μm CMOS technology, the HSPICE simulation results show that the circuit has a good stability.
