摘要
行动研究是西方在20世纪70年代兴盛起来的一种教育研究方法,行动研究所秉持的信念、方法和反思实践理性的认识论使它成为教师专业成长的一种有效方式。它为解决传统"技术理性"的实证主义的教育研究中的理论与实践分离,找到了一条有效的途径。
Behavior study is a method of educational research prevailing in the 1970' s in western countries and the belief, methods and cognitive theory reflecting rational practice of the study of behavior make this theory be an effective way to educate teachers, and this theory has found an effective approach to resolve the separation of theory and practice in the education and study of positivism.
