摘要 心理测量是进行个体差异研究的有效手段,文章从心理测量的理论、施测过程及测评结果评价等方面对心理测量进行概述,对心理测量在理论上存在的缺陷、在施测过程中易受到的影响因素,及可能出现的问题进行理论上的探讨。 Psychological test is an efficient way to study individual differences. This essay will illustrate the test theory , test procedure and the result evaluation and then point out the shortcomings and susceptible factors and possible occurrence.
