摘要
从北京师范大学不同时期教师对图书馆的信息利用情况看,教师对图书馆的关注度、了解度、使用频率都在下降。除了图书馆信息资源与服务模式有待完善外,更重要的是教师信息源多元化、教师角色需求的原因。在许多用户信息需求研究中,忽略科研环境与经费投入给教师创造了信息资源环境,教师做为骨干和学科带头人所处的角色位置,使其对图书馆产生的信息需求发生了很大变化,这是高校图书馆研究教师信息需求不可忽视的。
Based on the teachers' utilizations of the information of the library at different times in Beijing Normal University,the paper points oat that the extent of teachers concerning about and understanding the library and the frequency of the use are on the decline. Besides the mode faultiness of information resources and services in library, the more important reasons are the diversification of sources of information for teachers and the demands from the teachers' role. Many researches about the userg demands for information ignore that a good research environment and investing can create a good environment of information resources for teachers. The roles of teachers which are backbone and academic leaders generate the demands for library information of teachers, which should not be ignored when researching the information demands of teachers.
