摘要
全面介绍发泡剂热分解特性的各种研究方法。包括研究发泡剂热分解特性常用的测量热力学的差示扫描量热法(DSC)、测量发泡剂热分解动力学的气体体积和压力升温的恒温测量装置、研究发泡剂在聚合物介质中的分解特性的实验方法,即用毛细管流变仪改装的测量装置和用可视口模测量发泡剂分解行为和泡孔的形成、增长和稳定等过程的影响因素及评价气体与熔体相容性的测量方法。为了解发泡剂热分解特性和研究发泡过程中各种物理化学问题的分析提供了切实可行的实验方法。
The studies methods on decomposition behaviors of blowing agents are reviewed. And this review involves thermal analysis of the decomposition behaviors of blowing agents by DSC, study on gas rate apparatus of the behaviors, a method of determining the behavior in polymeric medium with the apparatus rebuilt on the basis of XLSII Type Capillary Rheometer, the extrusion die employed to study the flow of the molten polymers in foam extrusion and decomposition behaviors of blowing agents, and measurements of polymer/blowing agent solubility. The methods are valuable to study the decomposition behaviors of flowing agent and physical and chemical problems of blowing process, and can provide the theoretic basis of producing foamed material.
