摘要
用十二烷基硫酸钠作胶束,分别在磷酸二氢钠和硼砂缓冲体系中,分离了苯酚与苯二酚的3种同分异构体。详细研究了不同背景电解质同离子体系中,胶束浓度与流动相pH值对分离效率的影响。优化条件下4min内完成了苯酚与苯二酚3种异构体的分离,分离效率及理论塔板数为2.1×105~3.1×105/m,保留时间相对标准偏差在2.6%以内,峰高定量分析精度在3.1%以内。
he separation of phenol and three dihydroxybenzene isomer was studied by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MECC) with sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) as an anionic surfactant in the different background electrolyte co ions system,NaH 2PO 4 and Na 2B 4O 7 were used as the electrophoretic media.Observations on the separation behaviour of the phenols in MECC not only were related to SDS concentration and medium pH,but also were related to the background electrolyte co ion.Satisfactory separation of the four phenols was obtained using a solution containing 10mmol/L NaH 2PO 4 pH6.5 with 40mmol/L SDS at 25kV in 4min.The separation efficiency is between 2.1×10 5/m and 3.1×10 5/m;the coefficients of variation for the retention times and the measurement of peak height were within 2.6% and 3.1% ,respectively.
