Determination Method of a Stigmasteroe Derivative Using Infrared Spectrophotometry

采用红外光谱法测定Ｄ物质含量，以四氯化碳为溶剂，０．１ｍｍ液体池，ＦＴ－ＩＲ进行吸光度值测量，通过回归分析，达到对Ｄ物质定量分析目的。回归方程Ｙ＝０．１２９ｘ＋０．２０２７，相关系数ｒ＝０．９９９０，回收率达９６．８０％，线性范围为０．５～８．０ｇ／Ｌ。

22E,24S) 3α,5 cyclo 5α stigmasta 22 en 6 one(abbreviated as “D”)was determined by infrared spectrophotometry with CCl 4 as solvent in 0.1mm IR liquid cell.The linear regression equation is Y =0.1029 x +0.2027 with a correlation coefficient r =0.9990.The average recovery was 96.80% ,linear range 0.5 ～8.0g/L.The method is simple and rapid with good reproducibility and accuracy
