摘要
研究了在pH9.2的硼砂介质中,痕量钒(Ⅴ)催化H2O2氧化桑色素褪色反应体系的新催化光度法。测量范围为0~7.5μg/50mL加标回收率为95%~98.5%,测定2μg钒(Ⅴ),RSD为1.68%,用于水样中痕量钒(Ⅴ)的测定。
n this paper a new method for the catalytic photometric determination of trace vanadium (Ⅴ) is introduced.The method is based on trace vanadium(Ⅴ) catalyzing the oxidation of morin by hydrogen peroxide in borax medium of pH 9.2 .The method has good selectivity and precision( n =6,RSD=1.68,at a leve of 2μg vanadium(Ⅴ)).It has been used to determine trace vanadium(Ⅴ) in waters with satisfactory results.
