戊基黄药合成原料杂醇油的气相色谱测定

摘要 本文二以Silicone DC550/101白色载体为色谱柱的气相色谱法,在选定条件下,3分钟内可测出杂醇油中乙醇、正丙醇、异丁醇、正丁醇、异戊醇的含量,其优点是快速、准确、重现性好。 This paper describes the method for determination of fusel oil by gas chromatography with Silicone DC550/101 white supporter as a column under the selected conditions. Within three minutes the components of fusel oil, such as ethanol, n-propanol, isobutanol, n-butanol, and isamyl alcohol can be determined. This method offers the advantages of faster, more accurate deterruination and high reproductivity.
