分析高职英语教学现状，从高职教育中英语课程教学基本要求出发，提出高职英语应从加强师资队伍建设，改革教学内容、方法和模式，加强英语精品课程建设，合理运用网络资源，加大教材和教学设施的建设力度等方面进行创新，提高英语教学水平，培养有较高英语水平的高技能人才。

This paper analyzes the status of English Language Teaching, from the basic requirements for English courses, the College English should be made to strengthen the building of the ranks of teachers, the reform of teaching content, methods and models to strengthen rational use of network resources, to increase the teaching materials and teaching facilities. In this way we will have a higher standard of English in the high-skilled personnel.
