摘要
在含有葡萄糖氧化酶的聚吡咯修饰的铂电极表面涂覆一层明胶,再用戊二醛交联制备了葡萄糖传感器。该传感器的基础电极采用薄膜沉积和剥离技术制作,包括一个工作电极和一个对电极(兼作参比电极)。该传感器线性范围为 0.1-4 mmol/L;响应时间和灵敏度分别为15-25 s和18.1mA/mol.cm2。传感器在4℃冰箱中存放6个月其活性仍有90%以上。
A planar glucose sensor was fabricated by adsorbing glucose oxidase on the polypyrrole-modi fied platinum electrode, covering with a layer of gelatin, and finally cross-linking with glutaraldehyde. The transducer of the sensor is realized using thin-film deposition and lift-off techniques and consists of a two-electrode cell which has a working electrode and a counter electrode (also acts as a reference ele ctrode ). The developed sensor presents a linear range of 0. 1 - 4 mmol/L glucose; The response time and sensitivity were 15 - 25 s, 18. 1 mA/mol· cm2 respectively. The sensor retains more than 90% of inital response after storage(4℃ ) for sir months.
