阿托伐他汀联合糖皮质激素治疗多发性硬化疗效观察
摘要
多发性硬化（MS）是一种主要由T细胞介导的中枢神经系统（CNS）自身免疫性疾病，以CNS白质脱髓鞘病变为特点，可能与病毒感染和自身免疫功能紊乱等有关。MS播散多发，病程中常有缓解与复发，目前尚无治愈的疗法，急性期仍以皮质类固醇为首选，近年发现他汀类在治疗该病能起辅助作用。笔者观察了本院阿托伐他汀联合糖皮质激素治疗MS的疗效，报道如下。
