BIS监测在脑梗死患者全麻中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 当前社会日趋老龄化,脑梗死在围术期的发生率有增高趋势。脑梗死后患者的病生及生化改变十分复杂,且致残率高,常合并心血管疾病,易再发生梗死,给临床麻醉带来困难。术中麻醉浅、血压高易致梗塞灶出血,而麻醉深、血压低则可能致梗塞面积扩大,这些均加重了大脑的缺血缺氧,使全麻后有可能发生苏醒延迟,甚至脑梗死复发。
