臂踝脉搏波传导速度对2型糖尿病大血管病变的早期诊断作用 被引量:4

摘要 脉搏波传导速度(PWV)是指脉搏波在动脉管壁上的传播速度。人们发现PWV测定是一种检测动脉硬化的方法,许多研究表明,在糖尿病、高血压等人群中,PWV是独立的心血管事件的预测因子。糖尿病是一种可以严重影响人民健康的疾病,它在我国的发病率逐年上升,大血管病变是2型糖尿病的主要死亡原因和医疗花费所在,大血管病变的早期防治意义重大。
