急性脑梗死患者血红素氧合酶-1、非结合胆红素含量动态变化及临床意义
摘要
氧自由基的增加及其脂质过氧化损伤是脑缺血损伤的主要途径之一,是引起缺血性后继发脑损伤的一个重要因素。近年来研究表明在应急状态下血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)可作为保护性蛋白被诱导,以防御体内由细胞因子介导的凋亡,有良好的抗脑缺血损伤作用。
