摘要
利用博里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)高分辨手段,对正常人的细胞和千余名宫颈癌患者的细胞进行了对比研究,初步得出此方法能在分子水平上揭示出肿瘤细胞与正常细胞的明显差别,并且通谱图解析,可直接阐明引起谱图变化的主要原因、细胞癌变的可能机理,从而对病程进行预测,为肿瘤疾病的早期诊断展现了良好的前景。
A new method for the determination of the canceration cells has been proposed. By means of the high resolution of Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, we have conducted the comparison and study on the normal human cells and those of more than l000 patients suffering from the cervical carcinoma. It has concluded preliminarily that this method can explain the obvious difference between the cancer cells and the normal ones from the molecular level. Morever, through the interpretation of the spectra, it can explain directly the main reasons causing the change of the spectra, the possible mechanism of the cells canceration and thus the course of the illness can be forcasted and a bright future for diagnosing cancer in early stage is developed.
