摘要
详细介绍了免疫电化学发光（ＩＥＣＬ）的基本原理和技术，评述了电化学发光在免疫分析中的应用，并进行了展望。
Immunoelectrochemiluminescence is reviewed with 54 references. The basic principles and techniques used in innnunoelectrochemiluminescence are given in details. also, the application of eletro- chemiluminescence to immunoassay is described, including, direct, Sandwich-type and competitive formats. The further development is outlooked.
