36例肺癌肺外症状临床分析

目的总结36例首发肺外症状肺癌的特点。方法选择我们院2004年9月～2008年8月36例肺癌肺外症状的进行分析。结果肺癌肺外症状复杂多样且首诊极易误诊。结论掌握并重视肺癌肺外症状对肺癌早期诊断和治疗肺癌肺外症状对肺癌早期诊断和治疗大有裨益。

Objective To summarizing the exterior symptom characteristic of the lung cancer in 36 cases. Methods Collect and analyse 36 cases of lung cancer patients＇ exterior symptom in our hospital：Laicheng hospital during Set.2004 and Aug.2008.Result： Through our research we found that the exterior sympton of lung cancer is complicated and various, It is extremely easy to misdiagnose to examine for the first time. Conclusion：That we master and pay attation to the exterior symptom of lung cancer is very useful to diagnose and treat lung cancer in early days.
