曲马多超前镇痛用于阑尾切除术病人的探讨

目的探讨曲马多超前镇痛对阑尾切除术病人的影响。方法100例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级硬膜外麻醉下行阑尾切除术患者随机分成两组,每组50例。试验组手术前15min静脉注射曲马多2.5mg/kg(10ml),对照组注射生理盐水10ml作为对照。记录术后6,12h视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果试验组VAS明显低于对照组("P<0.05")。结论曲马多超前镇痛对阑尾切除术病人产生较好的镇痛效果。

Objective To investigate the preemptive analgesia of intravenous tramadol in appendectomy. Methods 100 ASA I or II patients undergoing appendectomy under epidural anaesthesia were randomly divided into two groups （fifty cases/group）.In test group tramadol 2.5mg/kg （10ml） was administrated 15rain before operation .Control group received saline 10ml as a placebo .The visual analogue scale （VAS） in 6,12h after operation were optained. Results The VAS of test group were markedly lower than control group （＂P〈0.05＂）.Conclusions Intravenous tramadol of 2.5mg/kg provide reliable preemptive analgesia in appendectomy.
