摘要 从分析决定Ni(OH)_2沉淀时晶核形成速率大小的沉淀条件着手,从理论上讨论了镍盐溶液浓度及滴加速度、氨水浓度、pH值这些工艺因素对制备球形Ni(OH)_2的影响.并在理论分析的指导下,对这些工艺因素进行条件优化,获得了最佳的沉淀条件,并在此条件下制备出较高比容量(≥200mA·h/g)和堆积密度(≥1.95g/cm^3)球形Ni(OH) The effects on the preparation of spherical Ni(OH)2 of some important preparative conditions which determine nucleation rate such as concentration and adding rate of the reactant solution, concentration of aqueous ammonia, pH value of solution in the tank and reaction temperature were theoretically investigated . On the basis of theoretical analysis , spherical Ni(OH)2 with tapping density higher than 1. 95g/cm3, and electrochemical activity higher than200mA!h/g were prepared under the optimum preparative conditions.
