摘要
目的探讨应用骨复合材料即刻修复上颔牙槽突外伤性缺损的可行性。方法选取我院收治的40例上颌牙槽突外伤性缺损患者,采用传统方法治疗20例(对照组),改良方法(以复合材料修复)治疗20例(改良组),术后3个月分别对两组患者行牙槽嵴吸收严重程度临床评判及相应上颔牙槽突高度X线检查,并作对比分析。结果术后3个月,对照组患者均出现牙槽嵴明显吸收,而改良组仅3例出现明显吸收,余17例轻度吸收,对照组牙槽嵴明显吸收发生率显著高于改良组(X^2=26.2,P〈0.01);对照组相应上颔牙槽突高度为(095±013)mm,改良组为(15.9±0.32)mm,对照组相应上颌牙槽突高度显著低于改良组(t=3.26,P〈0.01)。结论应用骨复合材料即刻修复上颌牙槽突外伤性缺损疗效明显优于传统方法,能明显改善对上颌牙槽骨骨量的保留。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of immediate restoration in exognathion defect with bone composite material. Methods Forty patients with maxillary alveolar process defect were enrolled in the study, 20 were treated by conventional methods as controls, other 20 treated by modified methods with bone composite material. The height of alveolar process were analyzed and compared between two groups 3 months later. Results The rate of absorption in alveolar process of control group was higher than that of modified group (20/20 vs 3/20, X^2= 26.2, P〈0.01).Spiral CT examination showed that the height of alveolar process in modified group was higher than that in control group (1.59±0.32mm vs 0.95±0.13mm, t=3.26, P〈0.01). Conclusion The modified method with bone composite demonstrates the better results in immediate restoration of maxillary alveolar process defect.
