水溶性β-环糊精衍生物的合成及其在毛细管电泳中的应用

Synthesis and Characterization of Water-soluble β-Cyclodextrin Derivatives Used as Pseudostationary Phases for Capillary Electrophoresis

研究了七(2,6-二-O-羧甲基)-β-环糊精(羧甲基-β-CD和七{2,6-二-O[3-(1,3-二羧基丙氨基)-2-羟丙基]}-β-环糊精(谷氨酸-β-CD)两种水溶性环糊精衍生物的合成及在毛细管电泳中的应用,结果表明它们具有较好的水溶性,并且对异丙嗪和扑尔敏有较好的分离效果.

The synthesis and characterization of two kinds of water - soluble β - cyclodextrin derivatives containing amino groups and carboxyl groups used as pseudostationary phases for capillary electrophoresis were investigated in this paper. The results show that they have excellent water - solubility and selectivity in separating chiral isomers.
