肝硬化合并胆总管结石两种内镜治疗方案疗效的比较 被引量：5

摘要 多项研究发现，肝硬化患者胆石症发生率明显高于正常人群，而胆总管结石则占胆石症患者的15％-20％，因此临床上肝硬化合并胆总管结石者较为多见^[1]，且若并发急性胆管炎、胆道梗阻时治疗甚为棘手。内镜下乳头切开（EST）术具有无需全身麻醉、创伤小、并发症少、恢复快等优点，因此目前已成为胆石症治疗的有效手段，
