摘要
报导了一种用于扫描深外显微镜(SPM)研究的原子级平整全基底的制备方法.采用这种方法,得到了25um2范围内,膜的平均粗糙度小平0.4nm的原子级平整基底,并且得到金以(111)面取向在云母表面沉积的实验证据,同时使用电化学循环伏安法和X光电子能谱对这种膜的自组装性能进行了考察.
A method for preparing of atomical flat gold substrate was reported. A series of goldsubstrat,es were prepared with the method from 25 C to 270 C and were chariwterized by us-ing Scanning probe Microscope(SPM). The results show that the mean roughness values of thesegold substrates are smaller than 0.4 nm for areas of 25 um2. A higher resolution image madeby using Scanning Tunneling Microscope (STM) shows a hexagonal pattern of high spots withhearest neighbor spacing of 0.30±0.04 nm, which is consistent with a Au-(111) lattice. Meanwhile,self-assembled monolayer film of 1,6-hexanedithiol on the gold has been characterized by electrochemical cyclic voltammetry and X-ray photoelectron spectra.
