Determination of Trace Impurity Elements in the Li-Pb Alloy

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定了Li17Pb83合金中微量杂质元素Fe、Na、Al、Mg的含量,探讨了测量参数优化选择、酸的种类与用量、共存元素的干扰等因素对分析结果的影响。结果表明:在载气压力为0.25 MPa、发生器功率1.3 kW、观察高度为线圈上方10 mm、盐酸+硝酸体积比为4∶1且浓度为10%的测定条件下,Li17Pb83中杂质Fe、Na、Al、Mg的质量分数分别为0.003%、0.005 8%、0.002 6%和0.002%,难以满足ITER设计要求。 The content of trace impurity elements-Fe,Na,Al, Mg-in the alloy Li17 Pb83 was measured by inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES). The optimization of measuring parameters was explored as well as the type and dosage of acid. And the interference effect of coexistent elements on the analysis result was also studied. The results show that the mass fractions of Fe,Na,AI,Mg in Li17Pb83 are respectively 0. 003%,0. 005 8%,0. 002 6% and 0. 002% ,when carrier gas pressure is 0.25 MPa,generator power 1.3 k W,observation height 10 mm above the coil, the volume ratio of hydrochloric acid to nitric acid 4 : 1 and the total acid concentration 10%.
