摘要
采用AlCl3-CuCl2催化体系合成了聚对苯撑,并用FeCl3在硝基甲烷溶液中对聚对苯撑进行了掺杂,研究了掺杂浓度、温度、时间和在空气中暴露时间对聚对苯撑电导率的影响。结果表明:掺杂后的聚对苯撑具有良好的环境稳定性,在空气中放置3个月电导率基本不变,其电导率约1S/m。另外,利用红外光谱和紫外光谱研究了掺杂对聚对苯撑结构的影响。
Polyparaphenylene(PPP) was prepared by AlCl3-CuCl2 catalysts with benzene as the monomer and doped by FeCl3 with CH3NO2 as the solvent. The effects of doping concentration, temperature, time and exposure time on PPP conductivity were studied. The results showed that PPP had a good air stability and conductivity, the conductivity was about 1 S·m-1 after exposuring to air for 3 months. With IR and UV spectra the influences of FeCl3 dopant on PPP structure were discussed.
