摘要 采用AlCl3-CuCl2催化体系合成了聚对苯撑,并用FeCl3在硝基甲烷溶液中对聚对苯撑进行了掺杂,研究了掺杂浓度、温度、时间和在空气中暴露时间对聚对苯撑电导率的影响。结果表明:掺杂后的聚对苯撑具有良好的环境稳定性,在空气中放置3个月电导率基本不变,其电导率约1S/m。另外,利用红外光谱和紫外光谱研究了掺杂对聚对苯撑结构的影响。 Polyparaphenylene(PPP) was prepared by AlCl3-CuCl2 catalysts with benzene as the monomer and doped by FeCl3 with CH3NO2 as the solvent. The effects of doping concentration, temperature, time and exposure time on PPP conductivity were studied. The results showed that PPP had a good air stability and conductivity, the conductivity was about 1 S·m-1 after exposuring to air for 3 months. With IR and UV spectra the influences of FeCl3 dopant on PPP structure were discussed.
