我国船舶产业已经发展到由数量扩张进入到素质提高的产业核心竞争力阶段。如何培育船舶产业的核心竞争力已经成为船舶产业当务之急。基于核心竞争力理论,界定了船舶产业核心竞争力,阐述了船舶产业核心竞争力的内涵,分析了船舶产业发展现状,提出了培育船舶产业核心竞争力的有效途径。对船舶产业核心竞争力的研究,将有利于加快提高我国船舶产业的国际竞争力,促进我国船舶产业的可持续发展。

China＇s shipbuilding industry has developed into a level of core competence of industries which began from number expansion to quality improving. Therefore, how to foster the core competence of China＇s shipping industries is most pressing matter of the moment. Based on the theory of core competence, this artieal defines the core competence of shipping industry, states the connotation and analyses the development status of China＇s shipping industry, then put foreword the effective ways of fostering the core competence of China＇s shipping industry. Research on the core competence of China＇s shipping industry will accelerate improving the international competitiveness and promote sustainable development of China＇s shipbuihling industry.
