随着供应链管理思想在我国的不断发展,越来越多的核心企业已经认识到,与上游供应商建立长期的战略合作伙伴关系对企业长期发展具有不可替代的作用。因此,双方只有着眼于长期的共同发展,建立一种以合作和信任为基础的战略合作伙伴关系,以强强联合的方式,使每个企业都发挥各自的优势,达到"共赢"的效果。从理论角度对我国家具行业的合作进行博弈分析,并为供应链核心企业与供应商作出各自长期发展战略。

With the development of theory of the supply chain. In our country,more and more core enterprise nave realized established the long term cooperation relationship with the supplier is very important to the long term development, of the company. So, both sides have to develop together,to build a partner relationship based on cooperation and trust,make every enterprise in the supply chain to do the best and achieve a ＂win-win＂ purpose. This paper use cooperative game theory to analyze the furniture industry and make the long term development stratagem to the core enterprise and supplier on the supply chain.
