This article describe the main plan of Han-Gang new area ,arrangements and construction sequence of 2 top and bottom combined blown converter, 2double flow slab,twin LF, duplex RH top plant, iron pot stand down, pretreatment of hot metal and scrap house, 5 dedusting system of public auxiliary, scrap house ,slag house, recycled water of pubic auxiliary, all kinds of media piping in handan iron and sreel new area .It assured a balance, orderly and safety construction.
